A short documentary about someone you love, built from your family photos and one easy conversation. A gift they'll watch for years, and one the family keeps forever.
Now selecting three founding families. Your film is free, a $449 to $1,500 value.
Chapters. A score written to the story. The sound of the places they lived. And the voices of the people who love them.
The heart of every film is you, talking about them, recorded in a guided conversation. Your real words, your laugh, the way you say their name. No stranger reading a script about someone they never met.
Every photograph is framed and moved with purpose. Chapters, an original score, and sound for each place and time. Old pictures that feel alive, never a slideshow with a song.
Clear narration, gentle pacing, and captions sized for the eighty-something in the front row. Made to play at the party, on the TV at Christmas, or at the service, and to be watched again for decades.
A warm, guided audio interview on your phone. We ask; you talk. No writing, no forms, no camera.
Childhood, the wedding, the young family, today. Snap old prints with your phone, or add the ones already on it. Voice notes from family are welcome too.
We write, cut, score and narrate their story into a finished documentary. You get a private link to watch, share and download, forever.
Every family has someone whose story deserves more than a photo album in a closet. We make sure it gets told, while they can still watch it.
Sean · Founder, Sunday Drive Pictures · MassachusettsA beautiful, focused tribute. The perfect birthday or holiday gift.

The full documentary. A life, told the way it deserves.

We're making our first three films at no cost, normally a $449 to $1,500 value. In return, we'd love to share yours (first names only) so other families can see what's possible.
Applications close Friday, October 30, or as soon as the three spots are filled.
We're a small studio in southeastern Massachusetts, started by Sean, a dad who believes every family has a story worth more than a photo album in a closet. Sean personally reviews every film before it's delivered, and you can reach him directly at hello@sundaydrivepictures.com.
No. Everything starts with a guided conversation on your phone: a gentle interviewer asks the questions, and you simply talk. We take it from there.
Your voice carries the film: the stories you tell in the interview, in your own words. A narrator ties the chapters together. Our narration voice is created with AI, and every line is written for your family and checked word by word. Family members can also send short voice notes to be woven in.
Yes, as a tool, openly. AI helps us transcribe the interview, clean up old photos and produce the narration, which is how a real documentary can cost hundreds instead of thousands. The story, the structure and the final cut are shaped with care, and every film is reviewed by a person before it's delivered. We never generate fake photos of your loved one or imitate anyone's voice.
Yes, and it's one of the most meaningful films we make. Many families play them at a service or a celebration of life, and keep them for the grandchildren.
They're used only to make your film, stored privately, and deleted when you ask. We never share them or use them in marketing unless you've given written permission.
Yes. Every film is private by default. We only ever share a film when a family has given us written permission.
Expected pricing: Portrait from $449, Story from $899, and Legacy from $1,500. Founding families pay nothing.
You'll receive a private link to stream it on any TV, phone or computer, and a high-quality file to download and keep forever.
